SLF embarked on formal UKAS accreditation at the start of 2025, and we are making good progress towards this goal.  Part of this accreditation process is the approval of the SLF Certification Scheme for auditing against, and we are now in the final stage of that recognition.  This moves us closer to formal ISO 17065 accreditation for SLF Auditing Services and, in anticipation of that, we have made some changes that will affect the way audit results are recorded, along with other minor alterations to questions and some section headings. 

These exciting developments enable SLF to continue to support the leather industry for more sustainable outcomes and we are thrilled that you are on this journey with us.
