Lineapelle Seminar: Introducing the Official CEN Standard for Traceability in the Leather Supply Chain

Join COTANCE, ICEC and SLF to explore the requirements of this new CEN Standard EN 18199 “Essential Requirements for Leather Traceability”.  

The Standard has been developed by the industry certification bodies under the governance of COTANCE for the benefit of all leather industry stakeholders.

The Agenda of the event will focus on the need for, and the requirements of, the standard, and how the certification bodies have aligned their protocols to support better equivalency and mutual recognition. The session will also hear from different stakeholder tanneries and traders who will provide their views on traceability during the panel discussion.
