New Training Dates for EUDR Released

In our last EUDR update, we informed you that there was a proposal to add a “no risk” country category to the regulation.  Subsequent to our mailing, this along with some other amendments was taken off the agenda in order to ensure that the implementation delay was able to go through before the end of the year.  Therefore, the EUDR remains as originally adopted, in its entirety except for the extension of 12 months which was approved.  The new implementation date is 31st December 2025 and the European Commission has just released new dates for training as below:

Please note that the primary audience for these training sessions consists of companies obligated under the EUDR to submit due diligence statements into the Information System – specifically operators, traders, their authorized representatives, and relevant associations representing them.
